National NOC Manager

Position:
We’re building a high-performance Content Delivery Network (CDN) purpose-built for e-commerce, media and gaming across several strategically located countries in Europe and Asia — designed to deliver ultra-low latency and rock-solid uptime for millions of users. As a National NOC Manager, you will lead the design, implementation and 24×7 operations and performance of a national CDN footprint. You’ll manage a network of POPs across your country, coordinate with ISPs and IXPs, and ensure seamless connectivity for our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience managing NOC operations with experience controlling the path and performance of delivery to last-mile ISPs.

Responsibilities:
Manage NOC operations to ensure 99.99% uptime across CDN nodes.
Monitor latency, throughput, and routing via advanced observability tools.
Coordinate with ISPs, IXPs, and datacenters in India.
Act as Incident Commander during outages — manage detection, escalation, and resolution.
Drive capacity planning for new node launches, customer events, and traffic surges.
Partner with the DevOps and Infrastructure teams on automation and scaling.
Oversee DDoS detection and response with upstream providers.
Coordinate with global peers to stay abreast of new technology and lead continual service improvement.
Requirements:
15+ years of experience in network or NOC operations.
Deep understanding of routing, peering, and broadband infrastructure.
Understanding of CDN caching, load balancing, and DNS.
Hands-on with monitoring tools and experience managing critical up-time networks.
Leadership experience managing NOC teams and personnel.
Familiarity with DDoS mitigation, protection schemes and cybersecurity fundamentals.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. English language proficiency.
